1526 Records is a Brooklyn-based independent production company founded on friendship and a shared obsession with sound. Aaron Lerer and Eliphete Yacinthe met at Berklee College of Music, bonded over a mutual love of music and stayed as collaborators — two trained multi-instrumentalists who found in each other the same relentless attention to detail and the same refusal to let a good idea become a mediocre record.
